We would like to inform you of our business hours during Golden Week 2024.
Warehouse will be closed on 4-5 May 2024.
Please see each delivery methods arrangement
a) For Japan Post service ( EMS/ AIR/ SEA), all shipments will be processed normally.
b) For DHL Express service, we will have the last pick up on 2 May 2024 (Thu), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.
Payment deadline: 2 May 2024 (Thu) 11:00JPT
First shipment after holiday: 7 May 2024(Tue)
English customer service will be closed on 1 May 2024 (Wed). Inquiries received during the holiday will be handled on or after 2 May 2024 (Thu). We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
