DHL delivers to most countries and regions worldwide. Most non-restricted goods can be shipped, except for goods prohibited by customs and airline of each country.The estimated delivery time of DHL service is 2-10 working days.  

Please check the customs entry requirements and restrictions of the destination when using DHL service. (Different countries and regions have different requirements for import clearance policies, and the actual requirements are subject to the customs regulations of the destination).

*The estimated shipping time also might be delayed due to some uncontrollable factors. And this shipping time doesn’t include the time for Custom clearance in destination country. Thank you for your understanding.


•- DHL services are generally used for personal customs clearance and packages must be sent within the scope of reasonable personal use only.

•- Members are responsible for any damage caused by failure to clear customs due to use beyond the scope of reasonable personal use.

•Note: If you want to use the B2B service, please contact customer service.

•- If you want to send beverages with an alcoholic strength of 24 degrees or more, please consult with your country's customs office in advance about the restrictions.

Declaration requirements:

Members are required to truthfully declare the amount, quantity and name of the goods. Members are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of false declarations.

Shipping fee calculation:

Volumetric weight (KG)= Length(cm)x Width(cm)x Height(cm)/5000. 

If the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, DHL chargeable weight of your shipment will always be calculated on whichever is greater.

E.g: If the volumetric weight of the package size is 10kg and the actual weight is 5kg, the weight of the volumetric weight of 10kg will be charged)

*If members want to change a delivery methods after the package has been submitted, the handling fee will be 500JPY.

*The package dimension (length, width and height) is measured according to the customs and logistics regulations using the rounding rule (e.g. 19.3cm is calculated as 20cm). If there is a discrepancy of 1 to 2cm on one side, it is not covered by the claim.

DHL insurance:  

DHL only provides insurance service for the value of goods (no insurance for international shipping).

If 1.2% of the declared amount of goods is less than 2,500JPY, it will be charged at 2,500JPY.

If 1.2% of the declared amount of goods is greater than 2,500JPY, 1.2% of the declared amount of goods will be charged.

Insurance claims:

In case of loss, damage, etc., the actual amount of compensation is based mainly on the survey results of the local DHL company.

Packages with paid insurance:

1. Lost Package situation.

If the required documents for claim can be provided and the claim documents are correct, the compensation amount is the value of the goods declared by the member + international shipping costs, and the maximum amount of compensation is the maximum amount after the purchase of insurance.

2. Damaged Package situation:

If the required documents for claim can be provided and the claim documents are correct, the compensation amount is the price of the damaged goods.

Please contact customer service if you need DHL insurance service. (The insured amount is 2,500JPY or 1.2% of the total declared amount, whichever is higher) 

Additional Handling:

There is an additional 8,000JPY surcharge If the package's single dimension exceeds 120cm.

If the actual weight or volume weight of a single parcel exceeds 70 kg, an additional 10,500JPY surcharge will be applied.

The following information must be provided when filing a claim.

1. Leyifan package number and DHL waybill number of the lost and damaged package.

2. Screenshot of the purchase history (or shopping receipt) for the lost and damaged package. The screenshot should include the details of the specific lost/damaged item, the item unit price, the delivery address, courier tracking number and other important information if needed.

3. Photos of damaged package.

Please provide photos of outer packaging, damage of the outer packaging (where appropriate), inside view of the parcel and contents, including a close-up of the damaged goods.

*Note: Photos are not required in the case of lost package.

4. Also, please advise whether the damaged package has applied for option services of reinforcement (such as package reinforcement (Normal) or (Super) or individual item reinforcement service).

Prohibited items for shipping with DHL service:

Each country and region has different restrictions on prohibited items. Please check with your local customs or local DHL customer service beforehand when using DHL services.

e.g., Products containing animal ingredients, weapons and knives etc are prohibited from importation to the UK.

If your package contains chemical substances, please get an MSDS (MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET) when submitting a delivery request of DHL route.

The following are prohibited items list of DHL in all countries of the world.

•- Live animals (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, fish, invertebrates, amphibians, insects or birds)

•- Hunting (animal) trophies, animal parts such as ivory and sharks fin, animal remains, or animal-by-•- products or derived products not intended for human consumption, prohibited for movement by the CITES Convention or local law

•- Human remains or ashes in any form

•- Bullion (of any precious metal)

•- Cash (current legal tender as bank notes, currency notes, coins), Traveller's Cheques and Activated Credit Cards

•- Loose precious and semi-precious stones (cut or uncut, polished or unpolished)

•- Complete firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, including inert explosives or test pieces, air guns, replica or imitation firearms or ammunition

•- Illegal goods, such as illicit drugs, included but not limited to narcotics stimulants, depressants or hallucinogens. Cannabis or its derivatives

•- All Sunblock and Sunscreen products

•- Do not accept a package contains more than 2 devices with lithium batteries.

•- All foods, medicines and health products.
