With the continued spread of Omicron variant, we are currently experiencing package consolidation delays due to unexpected large volumes of incoming packages during the New Year holiday 29 Dec 2021- 3 Jan 2022. Please be informed that package consolidation may take 1 week to be finished. We apologize for any inconveniences caused to you.

1. Apart from package consolidation service, all services (including package receiving, shipping, optional service, ID verification and customer service) remain normal.

2. Due to a sudden increase in the volume of packages, package consolidation operation is expected to take about 1 week and will be processed in order of application.

3. We are doing our best to increase the number of staff and extend the working hours on holidays in correspondence with the package consolidation.

4. If there is an urgent need, we suggest shipping a package in the original box directly without consolidation request to speed up the processing times.
