As there is a large number of advertising letters and postcards received from different  websites in Japan from time to time, in order to avoid the disturbance to members, we will not register any suspected advertising materials into members' account from now on and will keep those materials for 1 month only.

(The suspected advertising materials will be disposed if it is not retrieved within one month from the date arrived in the warehouse.)

If members who need to register such advertising materials, please apply for "Lost package recovery" in your account below: 

My account > My forwarding > My package > Lost package recovery

If you are unable to retrieve it successfully, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to prevent missing the storage time.

(FYI, according to the statistics, there are about 3% of packages without tracking information in Japan do go missing. Your understanding is highly appreciated.)
