We just received an update from Japan Post that they only can provide printing of waybills within six months. Therefore, for those members who need the tax refund service, the time for submitting document will be changed as follows:
1. Quarterly plan memebers : Please submit document for the previous quarter between the next quarter.
2. Monthly plan members: Please submit document within 2 months from the tax refund month. (Example: Tax refund document for January needs to be submitted by the end of March)
**If you have pre-order items, please declare in advance**
Note: members who have not yet submitted document by March 2021, please submit the relevant document as soon as possible.
