We are currently experiencing package consolidation delays due to shortage of hands and moving those packages which will be sent to Mainland China to our new warehouse in Osaka.

Please be noted that package consolidation, shipping and optional services are facing delays about 5 working days. We are doing our best to increase the number of staffs and extend the working hours for this issue.
