According to the latest news announced by Japan Post, many countries/territoriesto take measures

such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights

from/to Japan due to coronavirus outbreak. 

Therefore, acceptance of international mail items, mainly EMS and

parcel-post/letter-post items by air and SAL, will be temporarily suspended from April 2.

 ※Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, the United States, Australia, Canada and

other countries are still receiving all international parcels except SAL service. 
FYI: EMS / AIR/ SEA service are currently operationg as normal, but there will be a delivery delays.
