This shipping timeline will be implemented starting from October 1, 2021.

Rakufun Warehouse promises to provide you with fast, convenient, and high-quality services.

After your package arrives at the warehouse and the warehousing operation is completed, you can choose whether to ship it directly:

a. Select additional value-added services, which will take an estimated 1-3 working days, and the package will be shipped after the value-added services are completed and your payment is received.

b. If you do not select additional value-added services, the package will be shipped on the same day after your payment is made.

(The following times are based on Beijing Time)

1. International Small Packet (Air Mail, Sea Mail)

If you pay the package fee before 15:00 on a working day, Rakufun will ship it on the next shipping day.

Notes:

* After Rakufun warehouse ships the package, there will be a time difference before it is processed by Japan Post. Since Japan Post sends international small packets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if you find that the international express tracking number provided by Rakufun does not show any logistics records, please do not worry.

Example: If Rakufun ships the package on Tuesday, the logistics record for sending it overseas will not appear until after Wednesday.

* If your package is shipped from the Rakufun warehouse on Friday, Japan Post will arrange to send it overseas on Monday. It is recommended to arrange the package shipment before 15:00 on Thursday to have it sent overseas on Friday.

2. EMS International Express

If you pay the package fee before 15:00 on a working day, Rakufun will ship it on the next working day.

Notes:

* After Rakufun warehouse ships the package, there will be a time difference before it is processed by Japan Post, as Japan Post sends EMS international express packages from Monday to Friday. If you find that the international express tracking number provided by Rakufun does not show any logistics records, please do not worry; the logistics information will normally be recorded the next day.

Example: If Rakufun ships the package on Monday, the logistics record for sending it overseas will not appear until after Tuesday.

3. DHL International Air Express

If you pay the package fee before 10:00 on a working day, Rakufun will ship it on the same working day.

Notes:

* After Rakufun warehouse ships the package, the transfer to DHL International Air Express will cause a time difference.

Example: If Rakufun ships the package on Monday, the logistics record for sending it overseas will not appear until after Tuesday.
