My package was returned. What is the next step?


Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse,  we notify you by an email. 

Two reasons why your package was returned:

Reason 1: Your package was returned by Japan Post because it contained prohibited items.

When it was returned to our warehouse, it would be registered as a new package into your account and you could do further operations (re-ship overseas or return to the Japanese websites). And in this case, the refund Japan Post would return to you is part of the shipping fee you paid ( domestic freight deducted). 


Reason 2: Returned by the destination country

When it was returned to our warehouse, it would be registered as a embargo package into your account. You need to be charged for the return shipping fee, and the Japan Post would not give you the refund.

EMS: Free for the return shipping

SEA, SAL, AIR: the return shipping fee is needed

All the return shipping fees Leyifan warehouse will pay for our customers in advance.
