When would the warehouse staff register my package into my account?

Usually our staff would register members' packages the day when the packages arrive at the warehouse.

If your package was received by the warehouse but not registered into your account, it may be because the merchant didn't write your Leyifan User ID so that our staff could not match your package with your User ID, in this case, please log in your Leyifan account to recover your package:

1. Sign in My Account

2. Go to My Package 

3. Click "Lost package recovery"
