My package was returned. What is the next step?

Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse,  we notify you by an email. 

Two reasons why your package was returned:

Reason 1: Your package was returned by Japan Post because it contained prohibited items.

When it was returned to our warehouse, it would be registered as a new package into your account and you could do further operations (re-ship overseas or return to the Japanese websites). And in this case, the refund Japan Post would return to you is part of the shipping fee you paid ( domestic freight deducted). And the refunds from Japan Pose you should contact our customer service to deduct it when you pay for re-shipment .


Reason 2: Returned by the destination country

When it was returned to our warehouse, it would be registered as a embargo package into your account. You need to be charged for the return shipping fee, and the Japan Post would not give you the refund.

If you want to return part of your purchase

Please note: You need to do more action, you need to choose "Remove the return goods" when applying for delivery, and add content (commodity & quantity & amount) to the remarks section. And then you send the above email to us in the same way.
