In order to improve our service, we have recently adjusted the package weight display. Some of our members have reported that the final weight of the package may be 10g or 30g more than expected. Considering the weight of the waybill itself such as the average weight of Japan Post's waybill (EMS/AIR/SEA) is 30g, and the average weight of DHL waybill is 10g, and the minimum accuracy of the current weighing scale is 10g, so the actual weight of the package and the weight of the package's waybill will be displayed separately. This adjustment will be clearly displayed on the checkout page when the package is on the "Waiting for the payment" stage. Thank you for your understanding and support again.Package weight disply in "Waiting for Payment" stageBelow is the weighing proof for Japan Post (EMS/AIR/SEA)Below is the weighing proof for DHL Express
