Due to the strike action announced by Unifor, the Canadian union, starting at 12:00 PM (GMT-4) on June 8, DHL's domestic operations in Canada will be suspended from Friday, June 20 (local time). As a result, the following adjustments to DHL international parcel services are notified:
1. Delivery
- From Wednesday, June 18, 2025, all DHL parcel services to Canada will be suspended.
- Recovery: The resumption date is currently undetermined. We will announce updates promptly.
2. Order Handling
If you have paid for a parcel to Canada by June 17 and the status has not been updated to "Shipped," please contact customer service immediately to apply for a free order cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days and returned to your account via the original payment method.
