Why does the weight of the package increase after consolidation?
Reasons for weight increase: 1. Original box delivery:    1) There is no material in the package that can be taken out for weight reduction.    2) Re-package the package, the warehouse provides thick tape, and provides a firm wrapping to ensure the safety of the package. 2. Consolidated box delivery:    1) Replaced a firm box (the weight of the box itself)    2) Small items (without outer box) are directly put into the large box for combination, without de-weighting space    3) The user applies for reinforcement, and appropriate fillers are added to the box    4) The outer box of the package is wrapped with tape, and the tape has a certain weight If the above explanation cannot eliminate your concernsWe provide a solution:①Apply for reweighing service before delivery (charge 200 yen handling fee) If it is confirmed that there is a mistake, the handling fee will be refunded②Weigh and take photos of the package without unpacking it after receiving it, and you can also record an unpacking video. If there are any problems, please feedback in time.
Can I add new packages after applying for consolidation?
You cannot add new packages after applying for consolidation. You can cancel the consolidation application before the value-added service is completed (pending for value-added service) and select the packages you want to consolidate again.If your consolidation has been completed and you need to add new packages to the consolidation, you need to cancel the order and select the consolidation again after the packages are restocked.
What is consolidation remaining?
Consolidation remaining is some of the goods that cannot be consolidated together after you apply for consolidation.  The reasons may be oversize, overquantity, prohibited items, or the goods are re-stocked as a new package (you can consolidate the remaining goods with other goods after they are re-stocked)   Please note: Exceeding the size limit may cause your package to be returned by customs, which may incur fees  New Regulations: 1. During the online review, if prohibited items, goods that do not comply with the route rules, or goods with excessive quantities appear, they will be rejected as Exception Processing. You need to remove the problematic goods from consolidation task and resubmit; 2. If prohibited items, goods that do not comply with the route rules, or goods with excessive quantities still appear during on-site packaging, they will be re-stocked as a new package, and other goods will be shipped normally.
I applied for consolidation, how long will it take to complete?
It is expected to be processed in 1-3 working days, and you will receive an email notification after completion.Please note: 1) It is normal to complete the consolidation within 1-3 working days. If you need an expedited consolidation, please contact customer service                     2) If there is a problem with the contents of your consolidation, the warehouse will handle your package as Expection Processing. You can check the reason and cancel the consolidation and re-operate. If you have any questions, please contact customer service
The benefits of package consolidation
Packages from multiple shops and sites can be consolidated and ship to you in one package, cheaper and more convenient. In the example below, 3 packages are shipped separately to the same address(USA, no optional service)by EMS.Each one weighs 1 kg.    Package 1 = 2,900 JPY (shipping fee) + 200 JPY (handling fee)  Package 2 = 3,100 JPY   Package 3 = 3,100 JPY  Total Cost 9300 JPY if 3 packages are shipped separately.   When the same 3 packages are shipped through consolidation, you will save a significant amount in the shipping cost. If the consolidated package is 3 kg in total. The shipping fee is:5,900 JPY(shipping fee) + 200 JPY(handling fee)+ 300 JPY(possible fee for changing large box) Total Cost 6,400 JPY *Consolidating 3 (or less) packages is free
Is cash on delivery available?
    When the merchant of the goods you ordered does not accept overseas credit cards, or only provides cash on delivery service. We can apply for Cash On Delivery service for you.  (This service only supports Tokyo warehouse) Details: (Updated on April 8, 2022) 1. Please contact customer service 1 working day in advance to apply. When applying, please provide a screenshot of your purchase receipt and confirm the goods you purchased with the customer service. The package problems caused by not informing in advance shall be borne by the member. 2. After the goods are shipped, please provide your express number to the customer service, otherwise the package may not be signed. 3. This service requires advance payment. After confirming that your payment has been received, the warehouse will receive the goods. This service provides the following payment methods:     1) If you contact customer service online to apply for payment, the payment fee is: order amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee of the payment amount.     2) If you use bank transfer, the payment fee is: payment amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee + 880 yen remittance fee.     3) If you pay at a convenience store, the payment fee is: payment amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee + 165 yen convenience store transfer fee. 4. This service is not a purchase agent, and the user is responsible for placing orders for the goods. 5. If you cancel this service for any reason after paying, a 500 yen service fee will be deducted.      Refund method:     ①Return to the original account (free within 3 months, if more than 3 months, the fee will be borne by the member);     ②Your Rakufun account balance (deduct 5% payment channel fee of the payment amount);     ③Other designated methods (deduct 5% payment channel fee and remittance fee of the payment amount). 6. From March 2, 2023, if the COD package is rejected due to personal reasons of the member (failure to pay the COD amount in time, etc.), and then the warehouse is requested to recall it. If the recall is successful, an additional handling fee of 300 yen/time will be charged. If the recall fails, no such fee will be paid. (Updated on March 1, 2023) Notes: 1. The COD amount must be filled in truthfully! 2. If the COD is rejected due to failure to contact customer service 1 working day in advance, and the member's account is blocked by the shopping platform, etc., resulting in the inability to continue to place orders in the future, the member will be responsible. 3. If the member's COD package is rejected more than 2 times, it will no longer be used. If the user continues to send the COD package without communication, the member's account will be blocked according to the website regulations!
